We hear so much in the media that we should avoid triggering others & that getting triggered is a bad thing. I'm calling BS on this. Every time you are triggered by something, the universe is presenting you with an opportunity to heal. We blame other people for setting us off so we can avoid healing the wound within ourselves. We spend so much time & energy avoiding the people & situations that upset us, when we could be expending the energy to understand the trigger & evolve. You have the power to take healing into your own hands. It's time for you to step up & be your own medicine.
